The integration of artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and other technological innovations has reshaped how legal systems function, influencing governance structures and the protection of human rights. However, these developments also introduce complex challenges that require thorough examination and innovative solutions. The theme of this international conference, "CYBERSECURITY GOVERNANCE: LEGAL AND POLITICAL DIMENSIONS ON HUMAN RIGHTS, DEMOCRACY, AND DIGITAL SURVEILLANCE," reflects the urgency to address these dynamic issues. The digital transformation has facilitated access to justice through online dispute resolution mechanisms and the digitization of court systems. At the same time, it has posed critical challenges, including cybersecurity threats, data privacy violations, and the regulation of emerging technologies in an increasingly interconnected world.
