Theme: Smart and Sustainable Earth: Innovating and Interdisciplinary Pathways in Global Challenges

The International Conference of Geography and Disaster Management (ICGDM) 2026 run by Faculty of Geography UMS in collaboration with the Center for Environmental Studies UMS as localhost. The conference invites prospective authors, academics and industries to submit papers related to environment, natural resource management, socio-economics aspect of tropical regions, regional development, disaster management in tropical areas, remote sensing and GIS application for sustainable tropical regions. The conference will be held virtually. This conference is part of a conference program called International Summit on Science Technology and Humanity (ISETH) 2026 Organized by Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. In addition, there will be an international student poster competition 2026.
